- Rental Items: Rental items are available for a specified rental period as agreed upon at the time of booking. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are returned in the same condition they were received.

Pricing and Payment

- Pricing: All prices for products and services are displayed on our website or provided through a quote. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of confirmation will apply.

- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing a custom order or securing a rental. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.

- Deposits for Rentals: A refundable deposit may be required for certain rental items. The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the items in good condition, subject to inspection.

- Custom Orders: Customers will be presented with design proofs for approval before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details before production starts.

- Rental Reservations: Rental items are subject to availability. Reservations should be made well in advance, and we reserve the right to refuse rental requests based on availability or other factors.

- Changes or Cancellations: For custom orders, changes cannot be made once the design is approved and production begins. For rental orders, cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in a cancellation fee.

Shipping and Delivery

- Custom Creations: Shipping times for custom-made items may vary based on the complexity of the design. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation.

- Rental Items: We offer delivery and pickup services for rental items. Delivery fees may apply, depending on the location. Us 2 You Creations is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

- International Shipping: At this time, we only ship custom items within United States of America.

Returns and Refunds

- Custom Creations: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless there is a defect or error on our part.

- Rental Items: Rental deposits will be refunded after the items are returned in their original condition, minus any applicable cleaning or repair fees. Any damaged or missing items will result in a deduction from the deposit.

Limitation of Liability

Us 2 You Creations is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury related to the use of our products or services. Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring the proper use and care of rental items.
